breakfast was ok
poor finish to rooms dull and dingy rooms - requested a room to accommodate 2 adults + 1 child this was not reported to the hotel- was allocated a double room - even for two people there was no room to swing the proverbial cat but relocated room there was enough room but still dingy
Staff are always attentive, the rooms are simple but usually well looked after (the hotel is old) it's not the ritz but is a good value place to stay for a night ot two
booking was not registered via Booked.net. They had no knowledge of my booking. I was lucky to get a room. Hotel was very dated and felt un safe (extra security features).
The showers was excellent
The bath and the sink drains were not up to the job and took forwever to empty.
Close proximity to the centre of Scunthorpe and the shopping centres.
Close to party -location good
Cleanliness of room-staff friendly booking in- couldnt care less when booking out.no toilet seat cover.bath full of hairs-not ours!suggest cleaners are sacked!
bed had clean sheets.
it is advertised as a Hotel - when infact it is a cheap drinks bar with rooms above, foodd is really bad, breakfast is very poor.
Nice clean room, at back of hotel so quiet
Breakfast was expensive compared to the cost of evening meals
Offerd free wifi when I got there it was not available as my room to far away
staff very pleasant. easy to talk to. very helpful.
shelf over wash basin made it difficult to wash your face
cheep food and drink. Bar staff really friendly
could do with window being replaced or refurbished
The location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the good food avalable at all times, and the room comfort.
Worst price/quality ratio I have never seen. The sink drain was clogged; in the shower only one water temperature was available (cold).. Cleaning room service could do it better. Old furnished
The staff were quite friendly. And the hoyel was nice.
Booking in and out could have been easier.
the beds were comfortable
the heating in our part of the hotel was off when we arrived and stayed off for about 12 hours.
